Please take the time to read and follow the checklist to ensure a smooth and successful enrollment process.

    Checklist

• Read Entire Handbook – there will be questions referenced to handbook when completing the enrollment process

• Complete Online Enrollment – Link: www.tlchumble.org/childcare      

• Once online enrollment is complete, we will upload your information into our system (allow 8-12 hours for us to complete this step)

• Use the pay online tab to create your MyProcare account and pay your registration fees

Reminder: Your child’s spot is not secured until registration fees have been paid

  

   Prior to start date, provide hard copies or email:

• Copy of Parent/Guardian ID

• Statement of health from a healthcare professional

• Immunization records

• Court order/Custody Agreement (if applicable)

• Food Allergy Emergency Plan (if applicable, please request form)

• Family Photo for Family wall

           Schedule a 30-minute orientation meeting with the Director to complete:

• Food Program Paperwork

• Signed Tuition Agreement or Subsidized Co-Pay Agreement

• Review of MyProcare and Procare Connect

• Fingerprint Sign-in/out set-up

• Question & Answer Session
